When Do You Restock?

All our printed underwear is limited edition, That means once we sell out we never re make the same design, So be sure to shop your favourite while stocks last.

Where do you ship to?

We are based in the United Kingdom but we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. However we offer free shipping on UK orders over £100

Ive not got a conformation email?

Please check you junk/spam emails & also all you other email address you have, Sometimes its easy to make a mistake with your email when ordering

Can I Track My Order?

Yes you can if you paid for a tracked service! Please check your emails after purchase (sometimes Junk) for your tracking number 

My item says delivered but its not here?

Please contact the shipping provider first as once we had over your order to them, we can only see the same tracking info as you. We recommend calling your local sorting off or mail centre before asking us.

How long does it take to process orders?

We are usually very fast to process orders, However during holidays and christmas we often have high order volumes and it can take a little longer

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Orders | From 1-3 working days

International 7-10 working days

Worldwide 7-10 working days

National holidays can effect these times, so please check your tracking details 

What Shipping Agent do you use?

We use Royal Mail as our main carrier & UPS if you've upgraded to this service

Can i return my underwear?

DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, UNDERWEAR CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. Regardless if the package is opened ot not.

What if my item is damaged?

We will warranty and replace items that have been deemed defective or have Manufacturing discrepancies within 14 days of purchase (with proof of purchase). If you purchased from one of our stockiest please contact them.

What Sponsorship options do you have?

Unfortunately We only sponsor Professional athletes. So we dont offer any
