Nathan Watson is one of the rising stars in the KTM Enduro Factory Racing team

Born in Nottingham in 1994, Nathan Watson was already riding at four years old and laying the foundations for what was to become a motocross career full of promise. By the age of six, Nathan was racing competitively on a 50cc and, at nine, was competing on a club level, blazing a trail for his younger brother Ben to follow.

Nathan was soon ripping his way around courses in the British Youth Championship and, in 2009, took the win in the Red Bull Pro Nationals 85 BW class. Another victory in 2011 in the BYMX and Red Bull Pro National championships saw him take a leap into MX2 for two seasons on a KTM. By 2014, Nathan had made the switch to a Husqvarna and was more than ready for MX1 and the next big challenge. He started as he meant to go on in MX1, with his first ever race win at the British Championship in Norfolk.

For 2016, a switch of disciplines to enduro and the Enduro World Championship – as part of the KTM Enduro Factory Racing Team – saw Nathan finish second in the E1 standings, a phenomenal achievement in his first year.

In 2017, he followed this up with a third-place finish in the Enduro GP World Championship and, in 2018, he came second at the legendary French beach race, Le Touquet. He's also secured himself eight Enduro World Championship Day victories.

Nathan kicked off 2019 strong, by becoming the first Briton to win the Le Touquet Beach Race in France. The future is looking bright for this British racer.
